We believe a family’s ability to form their child(ren) in the faith should not be restricted by cost. Several tuition assistance opportunities are available, and our team will help you find the supports for which your family qualifies. The financial aid application can be completed in TADS at the same time as the application for acceptance to St. Croix Catholic School.
Our general Tuition Assistance program is based on need. We assess each family’s financial situation with the help of Tuition Aid Data Services (TADS). SCCS uses the TADS calculation as a guide, but we make our own adjustments depending on the total amount of funds we have available to distribute. The funds available come from generous donors and fundraising events such as the annual Light Their Way Tuition Assistance Gala.
Each family who completes a Tuition Assistance application with TADS will receive a letter from SCCS in April notifying them if they have received an award and the amount of aid awarded.
The Multi-Student (K–8) Scholarship Plan is for families with two or more children attending Grades K–8 at SCCS. These scholarships are given in exchange for a volunteer hour commitment from the family:
- 1st student: $6,350
- 2nd student: $6,033 (5% discount on child #2)
- 3rd student: $5,715 (10% discount on child #3)
- 4th student: $2,540 (60% discount on child #4)
- 5th student: $0 (100% discount on child #5)
Family max tuition per school year: $20,638
SCCS alumni may take advantage of an Alumni Discount. This discount is $1,000 off tuition for the first year a child of an alum is enrolled and $500 off for the second year. Subsequent years are at the regular tuition rate.
These scholarships are student-based scholarships awarded to students from families with demonstrated financial need. These scholarships follow students through 8th Grade or 12th Grade as long as the yearly financial aid applicant continues to show need. For more information, visit aimhigherfoundation.org.

The actual cost to educate a student at St. Croix Catholic School is approximately $9,000 per year. Thanks to the generosity of our parishes, donors, and faithful supporters, our advancement efforts and Tuition Endowment help offset nearly 30% of that cost, making a Catholic education more accessible for every family.
