At St. Croix Catholic School, students are met with a program built to form capable, virtuous young people ready for their next steps: high school and beyond.
Created for Greatness is a guiding concept woven throughout the middle school experience. Students are challenged academically while being intentionally formed in character, faith, virtue, and leadership during these important years.
Created for Greatness calls students to recognize their God-given gifts, grow in responsibility and confidence, and become the scholars, disciples, and servant leaders they were created to be.
Drawing from the centuries-old tradition originating at Oxford University, students are organized into “houses,” groups made up of mixed middle school grade levels who meet each day. Each house fosters strong prayer, discipleship, service, social interactions, and leadership opportunities.
The house system also encourages healthy, fraternal competition, giving students opportunities to strengthen community, practice accountability, and support one another both within their own house and throughout the middle school.
