Complete the application for admission and provide necessary documents.
- Required documents for all applicants: Birth Certificate, Baptism Certificate, and Immunization Records.
- Required documents for students entering Grades 1–8: Report Card(s), Test Score(s), and Teacher Evaluation from current school.
There is a required 30-minute family meeting with the school principal. If applying for Grades 1–8, the child meets with the Resource Coordinator for assessment of academic level.
When space is limited, admission priority is generally given in the following order:
- Siblings of students currently enrolled at SCCS, including Ark of Angels Preschool
- Children of families actively supporting the tri-parishes (Church of St. Michael, Church of St. Mary, or St. Charles Catholic Church) based on the family’s parish registration date
- Children of families who are not members of the tri-parishes
