The people of St. Croix Catholic School are the heart of the school. Our faculty and staff, including the Dominican Sisters of St. Cecilia, a permanent deacon, and a dedicated team of lay men and women, know their students by name and partner with parents to form each child.
Faculty and staff receive in-service training in Catholic doctrine, attend retreats, and participate in on-going continuing education and faith formation. They are equipped to pass on the rich heritage of our Catholic faith, develop students in academic excellence, and form students to be servant leaders.
Our local priests, assigned to the Catholic Churches of St. Michael and St. Mary, as well as St. Charles in Bayport, are visible at the school and make regular visits to classrooms. They celebrate a weekly all-school Mass for students, faculty, and staff, provide regular access to the Sacrament of Reconciliation, and inspire us by their witness to their priestly vocations.
