Mission in Action

The Gospel calls us to a stewardship way of life. Placing our prayer, personal time, talents, and financial resources at the service of the church and our St. Croix Catholic School community expresses our response to this call. Through prayer, participation, and generosity at St. Croix Catholic School, we participate in the mission of Catholic education and continue our own walk as His disciples.

“[Stewardship] is the grateful response of a Christian disciple who recognizes and receives God’s gifts and shares these gifts generously in love of God and neighbor.”
United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, Stewardship: A Disciple’s Response

Stewardship can come to life for each person in a different way. We’re blessed with a strong community that values our shared commitment to providing Catholic education to this generation and beyond. Consider how you are able to support our children as we partner with families to form scholars, disciples, and servant leaders.

Family Stewardship Prayer

Heavenly Father, we give You praise, and thank you for the gift of our family. Together may we always remember that everything we have is a gift from You. As we recognize Your infinite generosity and unearned graces, may we strive to always return our time, talent, and treasure to You in gratitude.

May our time together encourage us to grow as disciples, may our hands and feet selflessly serve our ongoing needs, and may our resources always help to build Your kingdom.

May our actions be done, not seeking reward, but in a Christ-like manner, out of love, always imitating Your heavenly ways.

I surrender our family to Your heavenly will as we seek to always serve You as faithful stewards.

Interested volunteers, please visit our volunteer page to sign up. All volunteers will need to attend Archdiocesan required VIRTUS training (safe environment) and conduct a background check prior to volunteering.
